Your home away from home! Visitors to Denver and friends of High Line Pointe residents are welcome to reserve the fully-furnished High Line Pointe Guest Suite for their vacation rental. Located in southeast Denver, convenient to both downtown and Denver International Airport, keep your travel plans easy by booking this stylish and comfortable apartment – right next door!
THE SPACE
One bedroom; 1.5 bath apartment (845 sq ft), fully-furnished with luxury finishes. Access to private patio and full, energy-efficient kitchen. In-unit A/C, laundry and cable & smart TV. Keurig coffee, laundry/dish soap and basic toiletries provided.
Pets under 50 lbs. are permitted (but supplies not provided). Please limit pets to two maximum.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the suite, reserved parking and the many resident amenities. High Line Pointe has a fitness center, yoga studio, pool and hot tub, clubhouse and nearby dog park and trails. Please limit guests to two people maximum.
REQUIREMENTS
Guests must have a family & friends connection who is a current resident of High Line Pointe. Guests must provide a credit card and deposit to reserve the space and agree to the terms in the Rental Agreement.
